Искал инфу про герб, нашёл забавное о фамилии мистера Ваффа:

Walh (singular) or Walha (plural) is an ancient Germanic word, meaning "foreigner" or "stranger" (Welsh) or "roman", German: welsch.

То есть, пишут, происходит фамилия Во от древнегерманского слова walh (мн. ч. walha), означающего иностранец, чужак. Римлянин и валлиец в том числе ) Мне кажется, Во это должно было нравиться. Сразу вспоминается Оберон и Толкин, ага.
В этимологии нужно порыться.
